We are moving, St Kilda here we come. Love the juxtaposition of old and new - now sure about the tiled floors - lets hope they are heated - it can be cold in Victoria. There are enough room for family to stay when they travel over, and we could fit a decent size pool out the back, not a bad stroll to the tram line and bike ride to Acland St for dinner and a drink, and a few more peddles are were are at the waters edge...listed here while it lasts.
